Shiatsu Massage

Shiatsu is an alternative medicine therapy. Originating in Japan, it is a form of acupressure, and it balances the energy that flows through specific channels in the body. The massage is normally done fully clothed and involves pressing points on the body and stretching the energy channels.

Swiss Massage

Swedish massage is probably the best known type of massage. I use massage oils to facilitate smooth, gliding strokes over your body. Other massage moves include kneading, friction, stretching and tapping.

Reflexology

In a reflexology treatment, I apply pressure to your feet and hands with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. It is based on a system of zones which, when stimulated, can affect various parts of your body and also correct the functioning of your internal organs.

Treatment outcomes

After one of my treatments you should expect to feel deeply relaxed. Patients also often use my treatments to provide relief from stress and muscular aches and pains.

Training

I was trained informally over a four month intensive period by three blind masseurs who practise at the Vibes Massage Clinic in Manila.
